Ham Cheese Pretzel Sliders (Print Version)

Soft pretzel buns, gooey cheese, and salty ham pair with honey-Dijon for an easy snack everyone loves.

# Ingredients:

→ Sliders

01 - 9 pretzel Hawaiian slider buns
02 - 9 ounces deli ham
03 - 4 large slices marble jack or cheddar cheese

→ Honey Dijon

04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
05 - 2 teaspoons honey

→ Butter

06 - 1 1/2 tablespoons butter

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Line a 9x9-inch pan with aluminum foil. Slice the pretzel slider buns in half and place the bottoms into the lined pan.
03 - Top the bottom halves of the buns with deli ham and slices of marble jack or cheddar cheese.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard and honey. Spread the mixture over the top halves of the buns.
05 - Microwave butter in a small bowl for 30-60 seconds until melted. Use a brush to spread melted butter over the top of the pretzel buns.
06 - Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
07 - Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the sliders are hot and the cheese is melted.
08 - Serve the sliders while hot and enjoy.

01 - Replace sauerkraut with grilled onions for a variation if desired.
