Ham Dill Pinwheels (Print-Friendly Version)

Tortilla spirals with creamy dill, ham, and pickles for a refreshing party treat.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 3 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
03 - 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
04 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
05 - 1 cup deli ham, chopped
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill, finely chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Take each tortilla and roll it up tightly to hold in the fillings. Use either plastic wrap or aluminum foil to cover each rolled tortilla so they keep their shape.
02 - Pop the wrapped tortillas in the fridge for about 30 to 60 minutes to make the filling firmer. If you're in a rush, you can skip this step, but the filling will be a bit softer.
03 - Unwrap the tortillas. Cut each roll into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place them on a serving platter and enjoy right away, or keep them in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
04 - In a mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and freshly chopped dill. Use a hand mixer to whip it up until it’s nice and creamy.
05 - Chop the deli ham and dill pickles into small, bite-sized chunks.
06 - Take each tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/3 cup of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, making sure to cover it all. Then, evenly sprinkle 1/3 cup chopped ham and 1/3 cup chopped pickles on top of the cream cheese layer for good measure.

# Extra Information:

01 - To get neat slices, use a sharp serrated knife and clean the blade after each cut.
