Ham Egg Cheese Croissants (Print Version)

Buttery croissants filled with eggs, ham, and cheese for a quick, satisfying breakfast anyone can make.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 large pasture-raised eggs
02 - 4 croissants
03 - 4 slices cheese
04 - 4 slices ham
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
03 - Preheat a medium skillet. Add the whisked eggs and cook until set. Divide in half, flip, and fold into a square or similar shape.
04 - Repeat the previous step for the remaining 4 eggs.
05 - Slice the croissants in half. Layer the bottom of each croissant with 1 slice of ham, 1 portion of cooked egg, and 1 slice of cheese. Cover with the top of the croissant.
06 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the filled croissants on the sheet and bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the ham is warmed through.
07 - Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
