Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs. Add salt and pepper to your liking.

Preheat a medium skillet. Add the whisked eggs and cook until set. Divide in half, flip, and fold into a square or similar shape.

Repeat the previous step for the remaining 4 eggs.

Slice the croissants in half. Layer the bottom of each croissant with 1 slice of ham, 1 portion of cooked egg, and 1 slice of cheese. Cover with the top of the croissant.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the filled croissants on the sheet and bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the ham is warmed through.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
