Hawaiian Beef Sliders (Print Version)

Tender beef and melted cheese stuffed in sweet rolls, brushed with buttery glaze, and baked until crisp and gooey.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Sliders

01 - 12 slices of American cheese
02 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or mashed garlic
03 - 1 package of 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
04 - 2 cups of shredded roast beef
05 - 3 tablespoons of mayo

→ Butter Sauce

06 - 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds or poppy seeds
08 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter
09 - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
10 - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

→ Optional Garnish

11 - 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan (optional)
12 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley flakes (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, or just grease a 9x13-inch dish with non-stick spray.
02 - Grab a bread knife and carefully separate the Hawaiian rolls so there's a top and bottom half.
03 - Combine garlic powder or paste with the mayo, then spread it evenly across the cut side of the bottom rolls.
04 - Add a layer of roast beef and top with cheese slices. Put the top section of rolls back on.
05 - Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave. Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Brush this mixture over the roll tops, then sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds if you'd like.
06 - Cover the dish with foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. Take off the foil and let it bake another 5 minutes until the tops look golden.
07 - Let the sliders cool a bit. Move them onto a cutting board, slice into individual sandwiches, and sprinkle on Parmesan and parsley if you're using them.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Switch things up by using cheeses like mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, or Swiss.
02 - Save leftovers in the fridge (airtight container) for 3 days or freeze for a month. Warm them in the microwave or bake at 325℉.
