Get the oven heated to 175°C. Grab two baking trays and set them up.

In an electric mixer, beat the softened butter, minced onion, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce at medium speed until everything's mixed well.

Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them together in their packs. Put the bottom halves on the baking trays you've prepared.

Spread about half of the butter mix evenly on the bottom parts of the rolls.

Evenly layer the sliced ham over the buttered rolls, then top with the cheese slices.

Carefully put the top halves of the rolls over the ham and cheese layers.

Spread the leftover butter mix on top of the rolls gently.

Put the trays in the oven and bake at 175°C until the rolls are golden and the cheese melts nicely, roughly 15 minutes.
