02 - 1 small minced yellow onion (about 80 g)
03 - 1 tablespoon coarse mustard
04 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

→ Assembling Sandwiches

05 - 2 packs (680 g each) Hawaiian sweet rolls
06 - 900 g ham, thinly sliced
07 - 340 g slices of Swiss cheese or Cheddar cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Get the oven heated to 175°C. Grab two baking trays and set them up.
02 - In an electric mixer, beat the softened butter, minced onion, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce at medium speed until everything's mixed well.
03 - Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them together in their packs. Put the bottom halves on the baking trays you've prepared.
04 - Spread about half of the butter mix evenly on the bottom parts of the rolls.
05 - Evenly layer the sliced ham over the buttered rolls, then top with the cheese slices.
06 - Carefully put the top halves of the rolls over the ham and cheese layers.
07 - Spread the leftover butter mix on top of the rolls gently.
08 - Put the trays in the oven and bake at 175°C until the rolls are golden and the cheese melts nicely, roughly 15 minutes.

# Extra Information:

01 - Using freshly grated onion will boost the flavors in the butter spread for better results.
