02 - 1 pound lean ground beef (10% fat)
03 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
05 - 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

09 - 2 tablespoons butter
10 - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
11 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
12 - 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

→ Rolls and Cheese

13 - 12 Hawaiian rolls (1 package)
14 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
15 - 1 tablespoon soft butter

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350F/177C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spread a thin layer of soft butter directly on the pan surface for crispy bottoms.
02 - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onions until golden brown (5-6 minutes). Add ground beef and cook until barely any pink remains. Drain excess grease, then mix in mayo, BBQ sauce and seasonings.
03 - Cut rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected. Layer bottom half with cheese, beef mixture, and more cheese. Replace top half of rolls.
04 - Combine butter, Dijon and brown sugar in microwave for 25 seconds. Brush rolls with glaze, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake 12-15 minutes until golden. Cut into individual sliders and serve hot.
