Quick No-Bake Energy Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 cup rolled oats or quick oats
02 - 1/2 cup peanut butter
03 - 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, honey, or agave
04 - 1 tbsp chia seeds
05 - 1/8 tsp salt

→ Optional Add-ins

06 - Handful mini chocolate chips or raisins

# Instructions:

01 - If needed, gently warm the nut butter until it's soft and easy to stir.
02 - In a medium bowl, stir together all dry ingredients. Add the nut butter and sweetener, mixing until well combined.
03 - Roll the mixture into balls or press into cookie shapes as desired.

# Notes:

01 - Store in a covered container for up to 1 week at room temperature
02 - Keeps for 3 weeks in the refrigerator
03 - Can be frozen for up to 4 months
