# How to Make It:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix melted butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Add cocoa powder, flour and salt until just combined.

Pour batter in pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

Cut cooled brownies with heart cookie cutter. Melt candy melts in microwave in 30-second intervals. Drizzle over brownies and add sprinkles.
