Homemade Pistachio Butter Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 240g pistachios, raw or roasted

→ Optional Additions

02 - Pinch of salt
03 - Ground cardamom or cinnamon
04 - 1/3 cup granulated sweetener

# Steps:

01 - If pistachios are not already shelled, remove all shells and any skins that easily peel off.
02 - Place the pistachios in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend and stop every few minutes to scrape down the sides.
03 - For crunchy pistachio butter, blend for about five minutes. For creamy texture, continue blending for approximately 20 minutes.
04 - Once the desired texture is achieved, add spices, salt, or sweetener as preferred. Blend again until well combined.

01 - For best results, use high-quality pistachios. Frequently scraping down the blender sides helps maintain even blending.
