Sweet & Tangy Honey Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

→ Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup honey
03 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
04 - 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together honey, both mustards, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a mixing bowl.
02 - Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish and pour sauce over, coating well. Marinate 30 minutes.
03 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Baste halfway through.
04 - Cook chicken in oiled skillet 6-8 minutes per side until done. Add remaining sauce at end to create glaze.
05 - Transfer to serving platter, spoon sauce over top, and garnish with fresh parsley.
