Whisk together honey, both mustards, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a mixing bowl.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish and pour sauce over, coating well. Marinate 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Baste halfway through.

Cook chicken in oiled skillet 6-8 minutes per side until done. Add remaining sauce at end to create glaze.

Transfer to serving platter, spoon sauce over top, and garnish with fresh parsley.
