01 -
Set the air fryer to 300°F (149°C) and preheat for 15 minutes.
02 -
In a small bowl, combine ground cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg.
03 -
In a large bowl, place the raw walnuts and spray them lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle half of the spice mixture over the walnuts and mix well. Add the remaining spice mixture and mix again until evenly coated.
04 -
Drizzle honey over the walnut mixture and mix until all walnuts are fully coated. Sprinkle brown sugar and mix again to ensure even coating.
05 -
Line the Air Fryer tray with parchment paper, transfer the walnut mixture, and spread it into a single layer.
06 -
Place the tray into the middle chamber of the Air Fryer. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring the walnuts every 5 minutes for even browning. Monitor closely during the last 3 minutes to prevent overcooking.
07 -
Once the walnuts are golden brown, remove from the Air Fryer and let them cool on the tray for at least 10 minutes. Use as a snack, salad topping, or in other dishes as desired.
