Italian Shrimp Lemon Bake (Print Version)

Juicy shrimp with lemon, butter, and herbs baked to perfection. A simple, tasty choice for starters or mains.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 stick of melted butter
02 - 1 packet of Italian dressing mix (dry)
03 - 12 oz shrimp—deveined, cleaned, thawed, and patted dry
04 - 2 large lemons, thinly sliced

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Take a medium bowl, melt the butter inside, and toss in the shrimp.
03 - Dust the shrimp with the dry Italian dressing mix and gently stir so it’s all coated.
04 - Lay the lemon slices evenly across the bottom of a baking dish, then pour over the shrimp and butter combo.
05 - Even out the shrimp, making sure they’re in a single layer across the dish.
06 - Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and firm.
07 - Let the shrimp sit a bit to cool before digging in.
