Spread mayonnaise on the cut sides of the buns. Place buns on the griddle and toast until golden brown. Set aside.

Add beef balls onto the hot griddle. Using a burger press or spatula, flatten each ball into a thin patty. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Allow to cook until the bottom develops a deep golden crust.

Flip the patties and cook to desired doneness. Place a slice of Cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

Spread jalapeño cream cheese mixture onto the tops of toasted buns. For each serving, stack two patties, top with crispy bacon, a drizzle of barbecue sauce, and fresh jalapeño slices. Close with the prepared bun tops.
