# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Beef Patties

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - Salt
03 - Black pepper
04 - Garlic powder

→ Cheese and Filling

05 - 6 slices Cheddar cheese
06 - 240 millilitres whipped cream cheese
07 - 60 millilitres chopped pickled jalapeños

→ Sandwich Assembly

08 - 6 slices bacon
09 - 3 burger buns
10 - Mayonnaise
11 - Barbecue sauce
12 - Fresh jalapeño slices

# How to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine whipped cream cheese and chopped pickled jalapeños until evenly incorporated.
02 - Divide ground beef into 6 equal portions and roll into balls. Set aside.
03 - Place bacon slices on a preheated griddle over medium-high heat and cook until crisp. Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
04 - Spread mayonnaise on the cut sides of the buns. Place buns on the griddle and toast until golden brown. Set aside.
05 - Add beef balls onto the hot griddle. Using a burger press or spatula, flatten each ball into a thin patty. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Allow to cook until the bottom develops a deep golden crust.
06 - Flip the patties and cook to desired doneness. Place a slice of Cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
07 - Spread jalapeño cream cheese mixture onto the tops of toasted buns. For each serving, stack two patties, top with crispy bacon, a drizzle of barbecue sauce, and fresh jalapeño slices. Close with the prepared bun tops.

# Extra Information:

01 - Chilling the ground beef prior to shaping helps prevent sticking and ensures cohesive patties.
02 - Adjust jalapeño quantity for preferred heat level.
