Steam the frozen corn in the microwave according to package instructions. Allow to rest in the microwave when finished.

Prepare the instant mashed potatoes in a large mixing bowl following the package instructions. Cover until ready to assemble.

Divide 1 cup (about 227 grams) mashed potatoes among each of four large bowls. Top each with 60 grams cooked corn, 85 grams hot gravy, 30 grams shredded cheddar cheese, and 5 crispy chicken nuggets.
