Easy Korean Ground Beef Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
02 - 2 cups cooked rice

03 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
04 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
07 - 2 green onions, chopped
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Optional Toppings

09 - Sesame seeds
10 - Sliced cucumber
11 - Kimchi
12 - Pickled vegetables
13 - Fried egg

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse rice, cook according to preferred method (stovetop, rice cooker, or Instant Pot).
02 - Brown ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Add garlic and ginger, cook 1-2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Layer rice, beef mixture, and desired toppings. Garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onions.
