Lasagna flavors meet skillet convenience with tender pasta, ground beef, and melty cheese in every bite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups elbow pasta, cooked and drained
02 - 2 pounds ground beef
03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
04 - 24-ounce jar pasta sauce
05 - ½ yellow onion, diced
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste
11 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese
12 - 2 cups cottage cheese

# Steps:

01 - Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the pasta per package instructions. Drain and set aside. Add a drop or two of olive oil and stir to prevent noodles from sticking.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and diced onions. Cook until no pink is visible within the meat, then add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30-45 seconds. Drain off any excess grease.
03 - Season the meat with Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the pasta sauce, cooked pasta, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined.
04 - Serve warm and enjoy your homemade lasagna hamburger helper.
