01 - 1 can (approximately 595 g) lemon pie filling
02 - 1 box (425 g) angel food cake mix

→ Optional toppings

03 - Powdered sugar, for dusting
04 - Fresh lemon slices, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 23x33 cm baking dish with non-stick spray and line with parchment paper if desired.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine lemon pie filling and angel food cake mix. Stir until the batter is smooth and well incorporated; mixture will be thick.
03 - Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly using a spatula.
04 - Bake for 25-28 minutes or until the top is golden-brown and the centre is set.
05 - Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh lemon slices before serving.
