Lemon Blueberry Fluff Salad (Print Version)

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 block
02 - 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
03 - 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
04 - 1 lemon, juiced
05 - 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract, optional
06 - 3 cups mini marshmallows
07 - 18 ounces fresh blueberries
08 - Fresh lemon zest, optional, for garnish
09 - Sliced almonds, for topping, optional

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer on medium-high speed until smooth.
02 - Gently fold in the whipped topping, lemon juice, and lemon extract with a rubber spatula until combined.
03 - Add the fresh blueberries and marshmallows and continue to fold it all together and coat in the cream mixture.
04 - Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
05 - Right before serving, garnish with sliced almonds and fresh lemon zest if desired.
