Let the blueberry mixture cool down completely after pouring it through a fine sieve. Press to get the liquid out and toss the solids away.
02 -
Mix the cooled blueberry syrup, the prepared tea, and any leftover lemon juice in a large pitcher. Stir it up and add ice or put it in the fridge until it’s nice and cold before you serve it.
03 -
Turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Use a potato masher to gently mash the blueberries or quickly blend them with an immersion blender to get all the juice out.
04 -
Pour hot water over 6 green tea bags or 18 grams of loose green tea. For green tea, let the boiled water cool to between 77-82°C before steeping for 3 minutes. For black tea, just use boiling water and steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain and let it cool.
05 -
In a medium saucepan, mix the frozen blueberries, water, raw sugar, and 15 milliliters of fresh lemon juice. Heat it up over medium until it starts to boil.
