Enjoy tangy blueberry lemon green tea, full of antioxidants and zesty, uplifting flavors.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 500 milliliters blueberry juice or 450 grams frozen blueberries
02 - 150 grams organic raw sugar
03 - 240 milliliters water
04 - 1.5 liters strong green tea (or black tea)
05 - 120 milliliters freshly squeezed lemon juice (around 4 lemons)

# How to Make It:

01 - Let the blueberry mixture cool down completely after pouring it through a fine sieve. Press to get the liquid out and toss the solids away.
02 - Mix the cooled blueberry syrup, the prepared tea, and any leftover lemon juice in a large pitcher. Stir it up and add ice or put it in the fridge until it’s nice and cold before you serve it.
03 - Turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Use a potato masher to gently mash the blueberries or quickly blend them with an immersion blender to get all the juice out.
04 - Pour hot water over 6 green tea bags or 18 grams of loose green tea. For green tea, let the boiled water cool to between 77-82°C before steeping for 3 minutes. For black tea, just use boiling water and steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain and let it cool.
05 - In a medium saucepan, mix the frozen blueberries, water, raw sugar, and 15 milliliters of fresh lemon juice. Heat it up over medium until it starts to boil.

# Extra Information:

01 - For the best flavor and look, make sure both the blueberry mix and tea are chill before mixing them.
02 - If you choose blueberry juice instead of whole berries, feel free to tweak the sugar level.
