Lemon Mousse Creamy Delight (Print Version)

A light, creamy mousse with bright lemon flavor, blended with yogurt for a refreshing finish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
02 - 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream
03 - 2/3 cup yogurt or additional coconut cream
04 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar or erythritol
05 - Zest of 1 lemon
06 - Optional food coloring or pinch turmeric for color

# Steps:

01 - If using, bring cream cheese to room temperature.
02 - Combine all lemon mousse ingredients in a blender or food processor, or with a hand mixer, until smooth.
03 - Serve in glasses or bowls. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container for 3-4 days.
