Loaded Tater Tots Bacon Queso (Print Version)

Crispy tater tots topped with bacon, queso, ranch, and scallions for a fun bite everyone loves.

# Ingredients:

01 - 32 oz package of frozen tater tots
02 - 8 slices of bacon, chopped
03 - 2 cups of queso
04 - ½ cup of ranch dressing
05 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F (or follow tater tot package instructions if different).
02 - Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
03 - Place bacon on another baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy, checking around 12 minutes to avoid overcooking. Once done, let cool slightly, then chop.
04 - Heat queso in a microwave-safe bowl for 2-3 minutes, or until warm and pourable. Alternatively, warm on the stovetop over low heat.
05 - Place baked tater tots on a large serving dish. Drizzle warm queso over tater tots. Sprinkle chopped bacon on top. Drizzle with ranch dressing. Garnish with sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Serve immediately while warm.
