Keto-friendly sweet treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup Cottage Cheese (highest fat/lowest carb count you can find)
02 - 1 packet of Sugar free Black Cherry Jello (the box w/ 4 servings)
03 - 1/2 cup of shredded colby jack or cheddar cheese (use more if you like)
04 - 1/3 cup chopped pecans (more if you like)
05 - 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
06 - 2 tbsp of your favorite cup for cup, no sugar sweetener (like Swerve)

# Instructions:

01 - Place the whipping cream, a mixing bowl, and beaters in the freezer for about 10 minutes before starting. This helps the whipping cream whip faster and create a fluffier texture.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix the sugar-free Black Cherry Jello powder and cottage cheese together until completely combined and the powder is fully incorporated.
03 - Add the shredded cheese and chopped pecans to the jello-cottage cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
04 - Using your chilled equipment, whip the heavy cream until it reaches the soft peak stage. Add your sweetener and continue whipping until the cream forms stiff peaks.
05 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the jello mixture until everything is well combined. Be careful not to overmix or you'll deflate the whipped cream.
06 - Cover and refrigerate the fluff salad for 2 to 4 hours before serving to allow it to set properly and for the flavors to meld together.
