Savor Midwest-style beef sliders with melty cheese, pickles, and sweet Hawaiian rolls, baked until perfectly golden.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely minced
03 - 80 ml water
04 - 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
05 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
07 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar

→ Assembly

08 - 9 slices American cheese
09 - 9 dill pickle chips
10 - 1 package Hawaiian rolls (9 count), horizontally sliced

→ Topping

11 - 60 g butter, melted
12 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
13 - 1 teaspoon brown sugar
14 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 175°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and minced onion, breaking the meat into small crumbles as it browns.
03 - Drain excess fat. Add beef bouillon, water, brown sugar, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine, then reduce heat and simmer until most liquid evaporates.
04 - Horizontally slice the entire package of rolls to separate tops from bottoms, keeping both halves intact.
05 - Arrange the bottom half of rolls in a baking dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls, top with American cheese slices, and place one pickle chip on each portion.
06 - In a small bowl, blend melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
07 - Set the top half of rolls over the assembled sliders and generously brush the butter mixture across the surface.
08 - Cover the dish and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

# Extra Information:

01 - For cleaner slicing, use a serrated bread knife and allow the sliders to cool for several minutes before cutting.
