01 -
Turn the oven to 375°F. Line a baking pan with foil and spread out the bacon. Once the oven’s hot, bake the bacon for 15 minutes.
02 -
Mix 1/4 cup maple syrup and 2 tablespoons brown sugar together in a small bowl. Take the bacon out of the oven, brush this mix over it, and pop the tray back in for another 15 minutes until the bacon crisps up.
03 -
Let the bacon sit until cool. Lower the oven temperature to 350°F. Slice the bacon into tiny bits to use later.
04 -
Carefully pull apart each cinnamon roll. Tuck a pinch of chopped bacon inside, roll it back up, and keep some bacon aside for topping later. Put them into a greased round pan and bake as per the package directions.
05 -
Stir the frosting that came with the cinnamon rolls together with a tablespoon of maple syrup until smooth.
06 -
Once they’re baked, drizzle the maple frosting across the tops and sprinkle the rest of the bacon bits before serving.
