01 - 6 large eggs
02 - 6 slices of American cheese
03 - 1 package (12 count) King's Hawaiian rolls
04 - 1 pound of breakfast sausage
05 - ½ teaspoon of salt
06 - ¼ teaspoon of black pepper

→ Glaze

07 - 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
08 - 3 tablespoons of melted butter

→ Optional

09 - Hot sauce

→ Other

10 - Nonstick cooking spray

# Steps:

01 - Warm up the smoker to 250°F. Using a bread knife, cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
02 - Flatten the sausage into one large patty that matches the size of the roll pack. Use the package as a guide to get the right shape.
03 - Combine the eggs with the salt and pepper, whisking well. Pour into an 8x10 casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
04 - Smoke the sausage patty and the eggs for about an hour or until the internal sausage temperature hits 160°F.
05 - Lay the bottom halves of the rolls on a baking sheet. Add the cooked sausage, followed by the smoked eggs. You can drizzle 2 tablespoons of the maple syrup or hot sauce on top, depending on your taste.
06 - Cover the layers with the slices of cheese and place the roll tops over everything.
07 - Stir the melted butter and the remaining maple syrup together. Brush this over the tops of the sliders.
08 - Put the sliders back onto the smoker. Let them smoke for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted. Cut them into individual portions and enjoy while warm.
