# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Chicken Preparation

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
03 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ For Cooking

07 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
08 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic

→ Assembly

09 - 4 sandwich buns
10 - 200 grams marinara sauce
11 - 120 grams shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese
12 - 10 grams fresh parsley, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
02 - Evenly season both sides of the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
03 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear chicken for 2 to 3 minutes per side until lightly browned, but not cooked through.
04 - Remove skillet from heat. Spoon marinara sauce over each piece of chicken, then top with mozzarella cheese.
05 - Transfer the chicken to an oven preheated to 200°C. Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and internal temperature reaches 74°C.
06 - While chicken bakes, mix 4 tablespoons butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl until well combined.
07 - Spread the seasoned butter mixture on the cut sides of the buns. Toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden and crisp.
08 - Place a chicken breast with marinara and cheese on each bun. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve immediately.

# Extra Information:

01 - For best texture, butterfly the chicken evenly to ensure even cooking.
02 - Use freshly shredded mozzarella for optimal melt and flavor.
