01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 -
Combine flour, oats, almond flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Blend evenly, ensuring no lumps. Add cooled, melted butter and stir until mixture forms moist clumps. Set aside one-third of the mixture for the topping.
03 -
Press two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Smooth it out with the bottom of a measuring cup. Bake for 12 minutes, then remove and cool slightly.
04 -
Mix the frozen berries in a medium bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine sugar, flour, and cornstarch. Add this mixture to the berries and toss until coated. Gently mix in the preserves.
05 -
Spread the berry filling over the crust. Crumble the reserved topping over the filling. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and the filling bubbles at the edges.
06 -
Transfer the pan to a wire rack and cool completely. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before slicing.
