# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup applesauce
02 - 1/2 cup water
03 - 3 tbsp oil or additional applesauce
04 - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
05 - 1 tbsp white vinegar

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1 1/2 cups flour (white, spelt, or oat)
07 - 1/3 cup sugar
08 - 3/4 tsp salt
09 - 3/4 tsp baking soda
10 - 3/4 tsp baking powder
11 - 1/4 tsp cinnamon
12 - Optional: 1/4 tsp allspice
13 - Optional: 1/2 cup raisins, chopped walnuts, or shredded coconut

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Whisk the liquid ingredients together in a mixing bowl, then add the dry ingredients and stir to form a smooth batter.
