Mortadella Sandwich with Pistachio Pesto (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Sliced Mortadella (3-4 slices per sandwich)
02 - Homemade Pistachio Pesto
03 - Focaccia or Ciabatta Bread
04 - Burrata Cheese (1 small ball per sandwich)
05 - Fresh Pistachios, shelled and chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the focaccia or ciabatta bread horizontally to create a top and bottom piece for each sandwich. If necessary, lightly toast the bread for added texture and flavor.
02 - Spread a generous amount of pistachio pesto on the bottom half of the bread slices.
03 - Layer the Mortadella slices evenly on top of the pistachio pesto on each sandwich.
04 - Carefully tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute them evenly over the top of the Mortadella layer on each sandwich.
05 - Sprinkle chopped fresh pistachios over the burrata cheese layer. Place the top half of the bread on each sandwich and serve whole or sliced in half.
