Nutella S’more Crescent Muffins (Print-Friendly Version)

# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 226 grams refrigerated crescent rolls or seamless dough sheet
02 - 240 grams Nutella

→ Topping and finishing

03 - 60 grams mini marshmallows
04 - 28 grams unsalted butter, melted

# How to Make It:

01 - On a plate lined with parchment paper, portion 8 scoops of Nutella, each approximately 2.5 cm in diameter.
02 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease 8 cavities of a standard muffin pan with melted butter.
03 - Unroll crescent dough. For seamless dough, cut into 8 equal squares. For crescent rolls, separate into 4 rectangles, cut each in half, and firmly seal perforations.
04 - Place a square of dough on your palm, position a Nutella scoop in the center, gather ends to enclose, pinch to seal thoroughly, roll gently into a ball, and place it sealed side down in a muffin cavity.
05 - Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Place muffin tin on a baking sheet to contain any Nutella leakage.
06 - Remove muffins hot from the oven. Press mini marshmallows onto each muffin top.
07 - Set oven to broil. Move muffins to the top rack and broil briefly until marshmallows are toasted and golden.

01 - Allow the muffins to cool slightly before serving to avoid burns from the hot filling.
02 - A seamless dough sheet creates a uniform seal and helps contain the Nutella during baking.
