# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Oatmeal Mixture

01 - 170 grams unsalted butter, softened
02 - 220 grams packed brown sugar
03 - 220 grams all-purpose flour
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
06 - 135 grams quick oats

→ Fruit Filling

07 - 595 grams cherry pie filling

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix softened butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
03 - In a separate small bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir to mix evenly, then add to the butter mixture.
04 - Stir in quick oats and mix until a crumbly texture forms.
05 - Press half of the crumb mixture (about 2 cups) firmly into the base of a greased 23 x 33 cm baking pan using your fingers.
06 - Evenly spoon cherry pie filling over the oat base.
07 - Distribute remaining crumbs over the fruit and gently pat to create a flat surface.
08 - Transfer pan to preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
09 - Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
