06 - 0.25 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
07 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
09 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - 1 teaspoon dried cilantro

12 - 120 g shredded Monterey Jack cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, black pepper, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and dried cilantro. Mix thoroughly to ensure all pieces are well coated.
02 - Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook seasoned chicken, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 74°C.
03 - Lower heat to medium-low. Lightly brush additional olive oil onto the skillet. Place tortillas in the skillet and distribute cooked chicken and shredded Monterey Jack cheese evenly onto each tortilla.
