Orange Creamsicle Cookies Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry ingredients

01 - 1 box white cake mix (15.25 oz)
02 - 1 box orange Jell-O powder (3 oz)
03 - 2 tablespoons orange zest

→ Wet ingredients

04 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
05 - 8 tablespoons salted butter, softened

→ Add-ins

06 - 1 bag white chocolate chips (11 oz)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Jell-O powder, and orange zest.
03 - Add the eggs and softened butter to the bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until combined.
04 - Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
05 - Using a 1 1/2 tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the dough into balls and arrange them about 2 inches apart on the lined baking sheets.
06 - Bake for 9 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are set. If the tops appear wet, extend the baking time for an additional 1 to 3 minutes.
07 - Remove the baking sheets from the oven and let the cookies sit for 10 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure eggs and butter are at room temperature to prevent lumps and improve mixing. Avoid overmixing to keep cookies soft.
02 - Do not overbake the cookies. The centers should still appear soft as they will continue baking on the baking sheets post-removal.
