# Steps:

01 - Line a large pan with parchment paper. Wash sweet potatoes, pat fully dry, and make about eight to ten deep cuts into the sides with a knife for ventilation.
02 - Place the prepared sweet potatoes on the pan and put the pan into an unpreheated oven. Close the oven door, set the temperature to 450°F (232°C), and bake for 30 minutes. Carefully turn each sweet potato.
03 - Continue roasting for an additional 20 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are soft and caramelized. Adjust baking time based on the sizes and shapes of the sweet potatoes.
04 - Serve hot, or let the sweet potatoes cool before refrigerating or freezing leftovers in a covered container.
