01 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - Salt to taste
06 - Black pepper to taste
07 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 400°F.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan until well combined.
03 - In another bowl, beat the eggs with a dash of salt and some black pepper.
04 - Shape the cheese blend into balls that are about the size of a golf ball.
05 - Take each cheese ball, dip it in the egg mix to coat it, and then roll it in panko breadcrumbs until it’s covered all over.
06 - Place the coated cheese balls on the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until they’re golden and crispy.
07 - If you like, sprinkle finely chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
