In another bowl, beat the eggs with a dash of salt and some black pepper.

Shape the cheese blend into balls that are about the size of a golf ball.

Take each cheese ball, dip it in the egg mix to coat it, and then roll it in panko breadcrumbs until it’s covered all over.

Place the coated cheese balls on the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until they’re golden and crispy.
