Soft butter cookies rolled in colorful sprinkles, perfect for festive July celebrations and family gatherings.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup butter, room temperature
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 eggs
04 - 3 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
06 - 2 tsp baking powder
07 - 1/2 tsp salt
08 - Sprinkles

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar for about two minutes until light and fluffy.
03 - Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
04 - Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture. Mix until fully incorporated. The dough will be sticky.
05 - Pour sprinkles into a bowl. Scoop the dough and roll it in the sprinkles until fully coated. Reshape into a ball.
06 - Arrange dough balls on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, ensuring at least 8 cookies per sheet to allow space for spreading.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely on the pan.
08 - Store cookies in an airtight container. They will remain fresh for 2 to 3 days.
