# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Graham Crumb Base Layer

01 - 180 grams graham cracker crumbs
02 - 75 milliliters unsalted butter, melted
03 - 25 grams granulated sugar

→ Cheesecake Center Layer

04 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
05 - 65 grams granulated sugar
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 5 milliliters pure vanilla extract
08 - 300 grams peaches, diced small
09 - 25 grams granulated sugar, for topping (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until evenly moistened.
02 - Firmly press the crumb mixture into the base of a greased or parchment-lined 23 cm square baking pan. Bake at 160°C for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
03 - Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix until fully incorporated.
04 - Spread cream cheese filling evenly over the baked crust. Distribute diced peaches over the surface and sprinkle with additional sugar if desired.
05 - Bake at 160°C for 30-35 minutes until the center is set. Cool completely in the pan before portioning into bars.
06 - Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator if not freezing for later use.
