Spread the beef mix evenly over the baked crust. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese blend on top.

After letting the pizza cool for a few minutes, add the shredded iceberg lettuce. Cut it up and serve right away.

In a big non-stick frying pan, warm it up on medium-high heat. Toss in the ground beef and cook it, breaking it up well until browned throughout.

Pop the crust in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Take it out when done.

Set your oven to 200°C to preheat.

Unroll the pizza dough and press it into a greased baking sheet sized 25 x 38 cm.

Remove any extra fat from the pan. Add the mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing, diced pickles, diced onion, salt, and pepper. Mix it well until the beef's coated evenly. Take it off the heat.

Put it back in the oven and bake for 6–8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust looks golden brown.
