01 -
Turn your oven on to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 -
In a big non-stick pan, throw in your ground beef. Add in the garlic powder, half the oregano, and the salt. Stir it around often until it’s browned all the way through. If there’s grease, drain that out.
03 -
Let the beef cool for a moment, then mix in 1/3 cup of the pizza sauce.
04 -
Spread out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet with edges.
05 -
Right down the center of the dough, spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce. Lay down slices of provolone, then pepperoni, your cooked beef, and sprinkle with mozzarella on top.
06 -
Slice the dough into strips about 1 inch wide on both sides of your filling. Fold the strips up and over the stuffing, alternating sides.
07 -
Brush melted butter generously on top of the dough. Sprinkle on the Parmesan and the bit of oregano you saved earlier.
08 -
Place the whole thing in the oven you preheated. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it’s golden and fully baked.
09 -
Warm up the leftover pizza sauce and use it as a side for dipping.
