Juicy burgers stacked with tangy sauce, crispy pepperoni, sautéed onion and pepper mix, and gooey cheese on buttery brioche.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pack of soft brioche buns
02 - 2 tablespoons garlic paste
03 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
04 - 1 red onion, diced
05 - 1 can pre-made pizza sauce
06 - ½ cup mayonnaise
07 - 1 ½ lbs of 80/20 ground beef
08 - 12 thin slices of provolone cheese
09 - 12 pieces of large deli pepperoni
10 - Salt, garlic powder, and pepper for flavoring

# Steps:

01 - Make your patties and let them chill in the fridge for about 35-40 minutes.
02 - Stir the mayo with garlic paste until combined, then set aside for later.
03 - Chop the onions and green peppers. Toss them into a hot cast iron pan with butter and a sprinkle of salt. Let them soften for about 8-10 minutes, then take them off.
04 - Sprinkle patties with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook them on a grill over direct flames, 6 minutes per side.
05 - Warm up a cast iron pan and cook the pepperoni slices for just a minute on each side.
06 - After flipping the patties, keep them on the grill for another 2 minutes. Add pizza sauce, then pile on the provolone and pepperoni, and shut the lid for 4 minutes. Remove and rest on a rack.
07 - Briefly toast the buns. Smear the garlic mayo, add the sautéed veggies, and place the loaded patties. Dig in.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Let the patties relax before grilling to keep them firm and flavorful.
02 - Use a cast iron pan to ensure even cooking temperature.
