01 -
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 -
Add the lean ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble the beef as it cooks.
03 -
Once the ground beef is fully browned, add diced onions, bell peppers, and chopped pepperoni to the skillet. Stir and cook until vegetables are softened.
04 -
Mix in the chopped garlic, then stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
05 -
Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and crumbled bacon until fully combined.
06 -
Spread out the flour tortillas. Add a scoop of the ground beef mixture down the center of each tortilla.
07 -
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, then roll up the tortillas and place them on the baking sheet.
08 -
Pour pizza sauce over the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and crumbled bacon on top.
09 -
Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and slightly browned on the edges.
