Garlic Knots Butter Pizza (Print-Friendly Version)

Savory, soft knots brushed with herbs, garlic butter, and parmesan make a great sharable treat.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dough and Toppings

01 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
02 - 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil leaves
03 - 1 can (11 ounces) refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Optional Dipping Sauces

09 - Marinara sauce, garlic sauce, or ranch dressing for serving

# How to Make It:

01 - Turn the oven up to 400°F. Give a large baking sheet a light spray with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Take the pizza dough out of its package and cut it into 16 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope about 12 inches long, using a bit of cooking spray if it helps.
03 - Make a loose knot with each dough rope, leaving about an inch of dough at each end. Tuck one end into the knot's center and then fold the other end over into the middle. Do this for all the pieces.
04 - Lay out the knots in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until they turn a nice deep golden brown.
05 - As the knots bake, melt the butter in a big bowl. Mix in the minced garlic, grated parmesan, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper until everything blends together well.
06 - As soon as the knots are done, toss them in the butter mixture so every knot gets a good coating.
07 - Enjoy them warm with your favorite marinara sauce, garlic sauce, or ranch dressing for dipping.

# Extra Information:

01 - To get the best taste, go for fresh herbs and brush some leftover garlic butter on the knots just before you serve them.
