Heat a big pan on medium, and toss in a pat of butter or a small splash of olive oil.

Start by laying a tortilla flat. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar on half, then layer it with pepperoni. Dust with garlic powder and oregano. Close by folding the tortilla over.

Cook the folded tortilla in the hot pan for 2–3 minutes on each side. Press it down lightly with a spatula so it browns nicely and the cheese melts completely.

Do the same with the other tortillas and ingredients. Let them sit for a couple of minutes to cool, then slice them into easy-to-eat pieces.

Eat while warm and pair with marinara or your go-to pizza sauce for dipping.
