Easy High-Protein Breakfast Waffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/3 cup protein powder (32g)
02 - 1/4 cup flour (35g)
03 - 1 tsp baking powder
04 - 1/8 tsp salt

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1/2 cup water
06 - 1/4 cup egg whites or additional water
07 - 1/4 cup yogurt or applesauce
08 - 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
09 - 2 tsp oil (optional for crispy waffles)

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together protein powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
02 - Stir in water, egg whites, yogurt, sweetener, and optional oil until you have a smooth batter. Add more water if needed for waffle batter consistency.
03 - Preheat and grease waffle iron well. Pour batter into center and cook until light and crispy. Remember to re-grease between each waffle.
