Whisk together protein powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Stir in water, egg whites, yogurt, sweetener, and optional oil until you have a smooth batter. Add more water if needed for waffle batter consistency.

Preheat and grease waffle iron well. Pour batter into center and cook until light and crispy. Remember to re-grease between each waffle.
