Pulled Pork Sliders (Print Version)

Sweet rolls filled with pork, cheddar, and bacon, covered in garlicky butter. They're baked to golden perfection!

# Ingredients:

→ Sliders

01 - 6 slices of white cheddar
02 - 12 small Hawaiian rolls
03 - 1/2 pound bacon, cut into 2-3 inch chunks
04 - 2/3 cup BBQ sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons of butter
06 - 1 pound of shredded pork

→ Glaze

07 - 1 teaspoon of freshly minced garlic
08 - 3 tablespoons of melted butter
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
10 - 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Cut the slider rolls in half and lay them flat on a baking sheet. Rub about a tablespoon of butter on the inside parts of each roll. Toast them briefly in the oven until they're just golden.
03 - In a skillet, toss the pulled pork with the BBQ sauce and heat until it's nice and warm.
04 - Spread the saucy pulled pork on the bottom halves of the rolls. Add cheese slices on top of the pork, followed by the pieces of cooked bacon.
05 - Carefully place the top halves of the bread rolls over the cheesy, bacon-filled bases.
06 - Stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, garlic, and Italian herbs in a small bowl until it blends smoothly.
07 - Drizzle the glaze all over the finished sliders. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the tops are golden, and the cheese is nice and gooey.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Keep the rolls stuck together while prepping to make things faster and ensure even baking.
02 - Toasting bread helps avoid sogginess and boosts the flavor.
03 - They're tastiest when served hot and fresh.
