Pulled Pork Sliders (Print Version)

Soft rolls stuffed with smoky pork, gooey cheddar, bacon, and a glossy glaze. Perfect for every bite-sized craving.

# Ingredients:

→ Sliders

01 - 1 pound pulled pork
02 - 1/2 pound bacon, chopped into large chunks
03 - 12 slider rolls, Hawaiian style
04 - 6 slices of cheddar cheese, white
05 - 2/3 cup BBQ sauce
06 - 2 tablespoons butter for spreading

→ Glaze

07 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
09 - 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning blend

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Cut slider rolls in half and put them on a baking sheet. Spread a little butter on the cut sides and lightly toast in the oven until they turn golden.
03 - Combine the BBQ sauce and pulled pork in a pan. Heat it through until warm.
04 - Start with the pulled pork mixture spread evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns. Place the cheese slices on top of the pork. Add the chopped bacon chunks as the final topping for this layer.
05 - Cover the open sandwiches with the top pieces of the rolls.
06 - Combine melted butter, garlic, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning together in a bowl until smooth.
07 - Brush the glaze evenly over the sliders. Bake them for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is gooey and the tops of the rolls look golden.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Leave the rolls attached while preparing—it’s faster and helps them bake evenly.
02 - Toasting the bread makes it taste better and keeps it from getting soggy too quickly.
03 - They’re best when eaten fresh out of the oven while still warm.
