Bacon Egg Cheese Quesadillas (Print-Friendly Version)

Golden tortillas packed with gooey cheddar, fluffy eggs, and crispy bacon make a delightful breakfast.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 1 flour tortilla, 20 cm
02 - 2 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 35 grams of shredded cheddar cheese
05 - Salt, adjust to your liking
06 - Black pepper, adjust to your liking
07 - 5 grams of unsalted butter or non-stick spray

# How to Make It:

01 - In a frying pan, melt the butter or spray some oil over medium-low heat. Pour in the eggs, spreading them evenly. Let them cook slowly until the edges are firm but the middle's still a bit soft.
02 - In a small bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper until it's all mixed up.
03 - Cook the quesadilla on both sides until it's golden and the cheese inside is melted. Take it out of the pan, slice it into wedges, and enjoy while it’s hot.
04 - Sprinkle half of the chopped bacon and half the cheese over the eggs. Put the tortilla on top and press down a little to stick it all together.
05 - Gently turn it over so the tortilla's on the bottom. Add the rest of the bacon and cheese on the exposed egg surface. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.

01 - For an extra crispy finish and a nice golden look, give the tortilla a quick spray of cooking oil before cooking.
