# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups (about 300 g) cooked shredded chicken breast
02 - 1/2 cup (60 g) Mexican cheese blend or mozzarella, shredded
03 - 1 avocado, diced
04 - 2 tablespoons (4 g) fresh cilantro, chopped

→ Assembly

05 - 4 large flour tortillas (25 cm)

→ Cooking

06 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, and diced avocado in a large bowl. Gently toss to mix evenly.
02 - Place a tortilla flat on a plate. Spoon one quarter of the filling mixture onto the centre. Fold the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
03 - Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or griddle. Arrange all burritos seam-side down in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes until golden. Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute, ensuring even toasting.
04 - Transfer warm burritos to a serving plate. Serve immediately while hot.
