Set oven to 175°C and allow to fully preheat.

Place crushed Ritz crackers in one bowl and ranch dressing in a separate bowl.

Sprinkle chicken tenderloins with salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.

Dip each tenderloin in ranch dressing to coat, then roll in crushed crackers until fully covered.

Arrange coated tenderloins on a wire baking rack set over a baking tray. Transfer to oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and coating is golden.

Remove from oven and serve warm.
