Ranch Ritz Cracker Chicken (Print-Friendly Version)

01 - 450 g chicken tenderloins
02 - 120 ml ranch dressing
03 - 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 175°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Place crushed Ritz crackers in one bowl and ranch dressing in a separate bowl.
03 - Sprinkle chicken tenderloins with salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
04 - Dip each tenderloin in ranch dressing to coat, then roll in crushed crackers until fully covered.
05 - Arrange coated tenderloins on a wire baking rack set over a baking tray. Transfer to oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and coating is golden.
06 - Remove from oven and serve warm.
