# Ingredients:

→ Red Velvet Brownies

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
03 - 1 tbsp red food coloring
04 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 4 large eggs
06 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
08 - 1/2 tsp salt

→ Cheesecake Dip

09 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
10 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
11 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
12 - 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk melted butter, sugar, red food coloring, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt, folding until just combined.
03 - Pour batter in pan and bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick has moist crumbs. Cool completely before cutting into dipping sticks.
04 - Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream until smooth.
05 - Arrange brownie dippers with cheesecake dip for dunking.
